If you’ve ever wondered how to attract random strangers to touch you, I suggest you get a notepad out and take note.

Now let’s get to the nitty gritty. For starters, if you’re only reading this post because you think this I’m going to talk about the nasty, I’m sorry to disappoint- I only opened with that line to suck you in, sorry. But now that we’ve gotten the sexual innuendos out of the way, let’s discuss this loud overbearing pink coat.

It’s definitely no surprise that I would own such an eclectic piece of clothing and have the nerve to wear it out in public. I mean, it’s pink for goodness sake. To my defense, I thought purchasing it would be a good idea at the time, but two years later, it’s only seen the light of day once, and it was on this very day.

Initially, I was wearing a black (fluffy) cardi and had this coat hanging in the back of my car because I couldn’t bring myself to wear it, until Annie convinced me it wasn’t inappropriate for a casual Sunday brunch. It wasn’t until a random woman started petting my coat that I realised that might have been a mistake. I get that people naturally want to touch things, but to pet me like some sort of animal and then walk away like nothing happened is a whole different story. Who does that?

I guess that I’m trying to say here is that if you enjoy being caressed lovingly by strangers, you need to get yourself a pink faux fur coat, or any fluffy coat in general. I can personally guarantee you that you will be felt up. Take it from me- I was petted at least 15 times last week when I wore one of my many fluffy coats in the office. Lesson learned.
