A great artist can find a canvas even in the most obscure places, but only those with real talent can transform a blank space into an awe inspiring piece that translates more than just aesthetic appeal.
Finding abandoned water-filled areas as his canvas, New York based artist Sean Yoro paints incredibly hyperrealistic images that project perfectly on the water – appearing as if the art was created directly on the reflecting surface.
Paddling to each location with his equipment, each image is painted to perfection whilst he stays afloat on his board. But whilst this unconventional way of creating art is impressive in its own right, his ability to portray the seamless integration between art and real life is what makes his work even more breathtaking. The stillness of nature and the beauty of his artwork collide in the most harmonious manner that it ultimately illustrates a sight to be marveled.
